Skype: fix crackling sound

If skype on linux gives you crackling sound and you use pulseaudio, here is the solution to fix it.

Edit /etc/pulse/default.pa and put the following on the load-module module-udev-detect line

If you have no sound and you use archlinux and pulseaudio

And if your microphone doesn't work, check the Input tab in Sound settings to see you have the right device selected in the device list for sound input.
